FREENOTE CLOTH DEBUT COLLECTION AT PROJECT NYC

Project NYC is here. A few days of getting the chance to see the launch of new brands and seasonal collections. Not being able to make the visit to the shows, Social Club 19 works our magic to get the scoop without being there.

We are bringing you some of our seasonal favorite go-to brands, mixed with brands launching their premier collections.

To kickoff Project NYC, we wanted to focus on a brand presenting their debut collection of a new menswear collection. After the jump we put Freenote Cloth into our notebook to keep an eye on.

Freenote Cloth

We want to introduce you to Freenote Cloth, an American made menswear brand. Freenote Cloth is launching with a collection of menswear staples of:
  1. Knits
  2. Wovens
  3. Denim
  4. Jackets

Freenote posted this picture on their Facebook page, of their Project Show New York booth. Behind the brand are two brothers looking to make authentic menswear clothing options. The website says, "Freenote is committed to re-discovering the "American Dream." in turn, authentic American culture and its timeless icons inspire its design."

Top of our list are the shirt options. Guys like good staple pieces in their closet. The Freenote Cloth lookbook has some great options, but we really liked the arrow print and plaid pattern shirt. Also very curious about the denim jacket piece from the collection. A denim jacket is not only a good layering piece, but a good staple to have. We were not able to get a good full image of the denim jacket, but the close up images that we received perked our interest.

Freenote Cloth is also getting into the denim and pant game. Nothing is more classic american like some well crafted, and tailored, pant. Normally we don't recommend a denim without personally checking them out, but the color, shape, and general look gave it enough to go on the list. After the shows this season, Social Club 19 hopes to get an interview with the brothers behind Freenote Cloth.
